Turkey Hill Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 large cookies
- Turkey Hill Ice Cream
- Chocolate sprinkles, chopped walnuts, or Rice Krispies
- Freezer paper
Directions
Scoop a good amount of Turkey Hill Ice Cream and stack between two large cookies for a sandwich. Roll the sides in chocolate sprinkles, chopped walnuts, or Rice Krispies. Wrap each cookie in freezer paper and freeze.
