Turkey Hill Caramel Pecan Egg Nog Pie Recipe



  • 1 6 oz. graham cracker crust
  • 10 caramel squares
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 packs (3.4 oz. each) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup cold egg nog
  • 1 tub non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided


Microwave the caramels and 1 Tbsp. of the cold milk on medium (50%) 30 seconds or until completely melted when stirred. Pour caramel into crust and sprinkle with pecans. Beat pudding mixes, egg nog, and remaining milk with whisk for 2 minutes. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of mixture over the nuts. Stir half of the whipped topping into the remaining pudding mixture. Spread over the layer of pudding mixture. Top with the remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
