Turkey Hill Crispy Egg Nog Crunch Recipe


  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hot fudge sauce
  • 1 container Turkey Hill Egg Nog Premium Ice Cream


In a bowl, combine the cereal, brown sugar, walnuts and coconut. Drizzle mixture with butter; stir until combined. Press half of the mixture into an ungreased 13" x 9" x 2" dish. Cut Egg Nog ice cream into 3/4-inch thick slices. Arrange evenly over crust. Drizzle ice cream with chocolate syrup. Top with remaining crumb mixture; press down lightly. Cover and freeze until serving. Cut in squares and serve on dessert plates.
