Turkey Hill Honey-Vanilla Apples Recipe


  • 4 ounces unsalted butter
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • Heavy pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add apples, salt, honey and vanilla. Sauté until the apples are tender, but still hold their shape (about 10 minutes). Serve warm over ice cream.
